Terms
Acceptable use, account and data ownership, and the limits of what Trajectory OS promises.
These terms describe acceptable use of Trajectory OS, how account and data ownership work, and the limits of what the system promises. They are not a substitute for legal advice; if you have a specific concern, contact the address below.

Trajectory OS is a private accountability tool. It is intended for one operator (the account holder) and the small set of invited roles (Submitter, Editor, Auditor) that the operator configures. You agree to:
The operator may suspend or remove access for activity that violates these rules or threatens the integrity of the system.
You own the data you enter into Trajectory OS: proof, journal entries, calibration logs, family-review packets, private notes, settings, and the financial records you connect through Plaid. The system stores and processes that data only to render the dashboard, run monthly close, generate the reports you request, and surface the evidence you need to make decisions.
Plaid bank-feed data is evidence, not final proof. Final financial conclusions still depend on uploaded proof, reviewed ledger entries, reconciliation, and monthly close review. See the Privacy page for how Plaid-connected data is handled, stored, and disconnected.
You can disconnect Plaid bank sync and request deletion of stored account and transaction history from Settings. Some non-sensitive audit records may remain where needed for security, billing guardrails, or operational logs.
Trajectory OS is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The system is a decision-support tool, not a financial, legal, medical, or tax advisor. Conclusions shown on the dashboard — scaling exit status, conversion gates, monthly close, parent-review packets — depend on the data you enter and the rules in place at the time. Always confirm consequential decisions with a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the system. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The operator may add, change, or remove features, data sources, or integrations at any time. Where a change materially affects your data, the operator will give reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to export or migrate.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want your account and the data tied to it removed, contact the address below. Some non-sensitive audit records may remain where required by law or for security.
